Instructor Bio:

Madeleine Titze is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, and organizational consultant supporting clients through change management, cultural improvement, and M&A efforts. Madeleine leverages her background in adult learning to elevate her clients through research-backed, practical, and personalized coaching and team development. In her coaching practice at Bridges, Madeleine supports senior leaders across industries including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, private/public corporations, and not-for-profits to accelerate growth and foster sustainable development for key leaders. Madeleine received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Studies from Gonzaga University and a Master of Arts in Adult and Higher Education from the University of South Dakota. She is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method, the Hogan Assessments, and the Team Assessment Survey.
